PROFILE DESCRIPTION

  • Have a thorough understanding of the software products and services
  • Staying ahead of Competitors by constantly analysing Products appropriately
  • Assisting in the delivery and evaluation of software enhancements as per client requests and updates, by working closely with Development Team & QA Team
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by managing software requests, questions, and issues in a timely fashion
  • Ability to manage multiple Client Relationships and Engagements
  • Identifying new potential markets and key strategic role to establish foot hold of company products into emerging and new markets.
  • Executing Business plan & strategy for attainment of sales and profitability

    PROFILE DESCRIPTION

  • Have a thorough understanding of accounting concepts and accounting entries
  • To ensure compliance of TDS deductions, TDS payments, quarterly e-TDS returns
  • To prepare Monthly & Quarterly Financials in MS Excel
  • To prepare Annual accounts in MS Excel, including notes to accounts, Liaison with Statutory Auditors and providing necessary data and clarification
  • To assist the team for client handling
